We bought lawn soil, $3500 worth, for a brand new build. We planted lawn seed and millions and millions of mushrooms came up. We had also bought planter box soil, but no mushrooms there. That was July...5 calls and manager, Jenta Madsen, finally called back Aug 2nd and agreed to bring 3rd party in to help as it was clearly soil issue. It’s now Oct and she has not refunded our money as promised, no 3rd party has come and she won’t return calls or emails. Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware Read more

My husband and I were very impressed today with the setup and layout of the garden centre during the pandemic. The staff at the gate with hand sanitizer, the aisles set up with arrows to follow, staff available to assist with questions, good setup at the cash and someone to wipe down the wagon after loading your car. Very pleased with the service and it shows that they really care for their customers and staff during this stressful time. Thank you Cultivate Gardens and we shall return. Read more
