Bought my 185 Hurricane with 150 hp Evunrude from Bay Marine about 8 years ago. Courteous and very helpful sales staff at that time. 200 hours later I needed a new water pump and housing due to operating ar very sandy beaches. Jeff and his service staff went out of their way to have the repair done on time so that we could accommodate some guests. They showed me the worn parts, and made suggestions about how I could help avoid this problem in the future. All at a reasonble cost. Thank you Jeff.
Had a great experience purchasing my seadoo from Bay Marine. With all of the delays due to Covid our sales rep Dan kept us updated until delivery. He also went above and beyond helping us with our trailer to make sure everything fit as it should. Highly recommend!
Boat was winterized and repaired incorrectly at this location , save yourself the stress and avoid if possible otherwise be prepared for a lot of back and forth and just a headache.
I was dealing on buying a used boat from them. This boat they took it on a trade. I was not impressed when, I found out how much they were trying to make off this boat. Almost $5000 profit. WOW I am not giving them my business.

Salesman is terrible , he could not provide any information about the snowmobile I was interested in. Did not refer to me to any other sleds they had in stock, just responded with “sold”. A course in sales would do this person good! A customer needs to know information on such an expensive purchase
Brought my boat in for a check engine light. The service guys took me in right away. The service technician was very knowledgeable and was able to help me on the spot to diagnose what sensor had failed. I would highly recommend taking your boat or other toy there for servicing.
I was having an issue getting parts for my Ranger boat through my dealer and was told 4 weeks. Called Bay Marine and items shipped that day. Amazing service and advice.Big thank you Maureen!!!!!

From an ad on the Internet to the end purchase agreement, this sale went totally smooth. Wes was very reasonable and professional dealing with us. Excellent service. I bought a seadoo. It was ready to go on time. Over view of my new watercraft and its components was in full detail. Any questions I had were answered. I will be buying another seadoo from bay marine. They go above customer expectations.
Worst after sales service ever. No one ever returns your calls. I mean never and I called often. The manager even promised to get back to me and never did.
