Trying to get a cab at night time is near to impossible. You call to get one and you wait 20 minutes and call again to be told your cab was taken already. Request another one and wait some more. I wouldn't be so frustrated if they were actually honest about the wait time. Be prepared to wait a while.
Absolutely worst company I have ever used. Multiple times now I have called and I ALWAYS use Yellow Cabs, and I've been waiting hours apon hours at a time. I call them and ask how much longer and they say not too long. And I say how long though and they never give me an exact time. The dispatcher whom is a lady is absolutely ignorant and doesnt care what so ever, she is clearly just doing it for the money and doesn't care about customers. Worst customer service and everything. I really hope they go out of buisness because they don't deserve customers.
