I had Emilya & Sunny trim some trees for us last year and they did fine. This year I asked them again to do more trimming. I specifically asked them to not touch certain trees, namely the various pines front and back. They were weather delayed and came a few days later than planned after I left for work. My wife said they showed up and trimmed the trees we wanted, but then proceeded to butcher my pine trees after I specifically said don't touch them. They will never be asked back.
