Haley, has been Jacks groomer for many years. Haley is an incredibly talented groomer with great dog skills. Thank you Haley for taking such great care of our Jack!
We had our small dog groomed by Haley. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to about our dog. We discussed the style of the cut to do. Haley estimated the cut would take approx 1 hr. She said she would call us 10 - 15 min before pick up. That is the way it happened. As arranged. We are very pleased with the service we received.
Petland may be a big box store - but it is the people there that really make the difference - we have a dog, cat, guinea pig and fish...and the folks there are knowledgable for all our needs. I recommend this store for all Pet Lovers!!
