Maree Leighton, founder of BODY CORE, has over 12 years personal coaching experience and has helped over 100 clients from 10 to 88 years old, from beginners to elite athletes achieve their fitness, strength, and nutrition goals through both personal and small group coaching. Maree offers her services from her fully equipped boutique studio in Discovery Ridge, SW Calgary and will work with you to improve all areas of your fitness, including posture, balance, flexibility, strength, agility and power as well as aerobic fitness. Other Areas of Expertise: Nutritional Coaching Weight Management Injury prevention/rehabilitation Maree offers regular body-change assessments so you can monitor your progress and stay motivated. Maree will create a fully customised, safe and effective plan to get you RESULTS!

BODY CORE fitness plans are safe, efficient and balanced, incorporating both time-honored and the latest (tested) fitness techniques and equipment to provide the ultimate burn and metabolic blast. Try the relatively new TRX body weight suspension straps, battle ropes, kettle bells, sliders and agility ladders, as well as the more familiar stability balls, bands, bar bells, dumbbells, pulley machine, bikes and rowing machine. If the weather permits, you also have the option to train with Maree outdoors in Discovery Ridge with panoramic views of the Elbow Valley and the Rockies.
