My son's car got towed by a really awful resident of Jubilee lane in Sackville because he was like an inch past their driveway because he was working for his company an needed to park there to attend work. Then he could not pickup his car next day because he had to go to work to keep his job. Pop-A-Lock replaced my mailbox key 2 years ago. I called today as the key has been getting stuck for quite sometime now, explained what was happening and he quoted me then said he would be at my place today. I thought the key was getting jammed and I needed a new key/lock. When the rep arrived, he put WD40 in the key slot, tightened the screw a bit and then everything worked fine. I feel a tad ripped off, that they could have suggested I try WD40 before paying a service call of $75. Not happy. Read more
