There are few restaurants in Ottawa that understand this disease fully but Robert has FANTASTIC gluten-free pasta available and staff are fully aware of the do's and don'ts for us. Last evening I had a meal of Caprese Salad - dressing perfect, not cloying; Pasta Beata (chicken, artichoke, peppers and a white wine dijon cream sauce - DIVINE!) followed by fig and port tartufo.
