Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. Ivan is GREAT!
I just went to him today because i heard clunking noise from the back of my car after having my mazdaspeed sway bar installed for the front and rear. My old mechanic tells me that it's the shocks that are gone and needs replacement.
Turns out that my previous idiot mechanic didn't tighten my rear sway bar and Ivan was able to do that for me.
I was expecting to pay when Ivan told me not to worry about it I was shocked and I couldn't be more happier!
He's definitely a very trusted mechanic and I'm going to go there from now on for all my services!

I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out.
