One of the best experience in Canada. Able to see the process of rustproofing is just amazing. The guys who do the job are well trained. Every nook and corner of the car is covered. I like the fact they give a full hand wash for a sparkle after the spray job. Took my car back to these guys for a tiny hidden spot they missed, they were glad to spray again with a free wash. The owner for this location Peter is a role model for other owners who lack customer service skills. The management of Krown should video record Peter to see how well he handles his customers. They should use the video as a training tool to teach customer service for new employees. The price is too good to cover the full car ( not just the under). Well ,i will go back again every year. Went there today to get my brakes done n Oil change for my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 cummings diesel. Rod n his crew were great .From the phone call to book the appointment to the actual repair everyone did a great job. The mechanics guide that said it takes 3 hours to do the job he only charged me for 2 cause that all it took him. He was $250.00 cheaper the the Dodge dealership for the same oil change.
