I have been seeing Riki for a few years and she's been able to help me sort through my depression and anxiety brought on by past trauma. She has the ability to direct me through thoughts and help me see ways to think and act differently so that I can have a more positive and fulfilling outcome with interpersonal relations. And although I still struggle at times, she has been supportive and constant in her approach which helps me to think in a more positive way. I highly recommend her. Read more
