I had a bit of an issue today because I had a gift card and wanted to use it without a membership. They sent me to get a one-day pass in order to use my gift card. Unfortunately I wasn’t told that I needed to bring ID with me and I took an hour on the bus in the rain to get there … and get turned down from shopping there. Luckily there was an awesome manager there named Suri. She turned a frustrated potential customer into a happy potential customer! Great job Suri, and thanks again! Read more
