Jay at the Kanata store was great, knew the products like the back of his hand and a real pro at assessing what really suited my needs. I went to see Joanna at Kinetic for my back pain due to poor posture, probably because I work on the computer all day. She used a variety of techniques to correct my issue. I've seen plenty of massage therapist and physio therapist in the past that were not able to help me. I'm very happy now and would recommend her team.
