I was hesitant to stay at this hostel, but pleasantly surprised upon my arrival. The hostel was cute, with a very west coast feel. The staff were AWESOME and the rooms very clean. I stayed in the main property but went and looked at the private guest cottages and they were adorable. They have surfboard rentals & lessons here too. Good grocery store within walking distance. Myself and two friends had a 3 hour beginner lesson from Marta that was LEGENDary! The service before and after the lesson was also amazing - they really love what they are doing and the energy rubs off on you. Gear rental after the lesson was way cheaper than some others in the area as well so we were able to keep surfing for the rest of the day and try everything we learned.
