I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. They mixed up my toppings but fixed it immediately and upsized my pizza at no charge. I had the original thin crust and it was awesome. Thin and crisp but not overdone and the toppings went right to the edges. I was very impressed with the pizza and the very friendly service. This is definitely my new location.
