Nice walk-in shower conversion from a very old tub/shower with window.What a difference..it's not cheap but guaranteed for life and hassle/worry free.We had one problem...a drain pipe came loose during the install and leaked into the kitchen sink below during first use...fortunately there was already a hole in the ceiling below from a previous leak so it was discovered and repaired within an hour or two of me calling bathfitters...wasn't his fault,quickly repaired,awesome job on the shower too Read more

Ready John made an emergency trip, well outside their usual territory, under circumstances they'd rather not have worked in, to rescue an elderly man with a septic system crisis. I did not meet Dwayne in person but he took time to discuss the situation on the phone and gave the impression that he really cares about his customers.
