If my boyfriend and I want great food that never disappoints we make the teck from Maple Ridge to Charlie's it's hands down our favorite place to eat and the fact that they have gluten free options is even better as I have celiac and finding places that have a clear menu for gluten free and is safe and understanding and doesn't judge me for something I can't control. I have family in Chilliwack. We decided to go out to eat, so we stopped by Bravo. As soon as we stepped in, we were met with extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Steak is my favorite food, so naturally I went with the ribeye. As someone who has been to many steakhouses in Vancouver, the ribeye I had at Bravo was bar-none the best steak I have ever had. I can say that with 100% confidence. If you are in the Chilliwack area, you must go to Bravo. Read more

My wife and I used to love strolling the city and ending up at the Irish Heather for a pint (or three) and some fantastic authentic pub fare. This was in their original location. Then, we had a family and it took us a while to get back but we finally got back to check out their new digs and new menu. While the beer selection is still fantastic we were disappointed in the overall vibe. The food was still good but the value took a bit of a hit from their original location. While it was a great experience overall we still miss the original. Read more

I was skeptical at first because they ranked so high in reviews and this place was located in Delta/Surrey but I must say I was really impressed. I think Ive been to all the Japanese restaurants along the Westcoast and Akari is absolutely top notch. Their black rice specialty rolls and tempura were especially memorable. The owner told me they have a tempura master who have been making tempura for 20 years! Ill definitely be back with my family and friends. Read more

The menu is small, however it offers something for everyone. We tried their signature dish "Oyster po' boy" ($15). It is served with a roasted tomato soup drizzled with rich basil oil.
