I stop at the IHOP 310 nearly every time I go to Kelowna. I like the food and the service plus it is easy to get to and lots of parking. Yesterday I stopped there about 4:30 PM. As I am nearly 73 I also looked at the 55 plus menus. I was surprised to see that items on the 55 plus are about 1/2 the amount of food but the price is the same as on the regular menus. I would have thought the price would have been lower if you were getting less food. Read more

Went there on short notice the other night with 13 people...they accommodated us and the food was delicious. we ordered one of every roll on the menu and then 6 more plus the veggie tempura. we have been back since with other friends and ordered again to take to a party..highly recommend this place...beautiful food made by beautiful people with outstanding personal service! Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative. Read more
