Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. Not only is the pharmacist friendly but they’re able to actually go the extra step so if you’re not feeling well, they went ahead and booked an appointment for me and I was able to see the doctor whereas if I had to wait, it would’ve taken me a couple of days and I was able to see the doctor next day. The pharmacist and the physician support each other so when the physician is done with your consultation, the pharmacist picks up right where you left off for your medication. I went to this Dawson Pharmacy for the 3rd dose. When approached the store I was greeted by 2 cheerful staffs who were very polite and helpful. After telling the staffs of my intention, I was led to a room for my vaccine. It took about a few seconds and I actually felt nothing uncomfortable . The place was clean and well organized.
