I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her. The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth. Read more

Excellent ... they were out of 16 x 16 pavers and each time I called they answered promptly, but still not in. Today I called and they are still waiting for the order but they graciously said they would be happy to leave a message on my phone when the pavers arrive. Very happy with them and their service and have used them many times for Artwork for my garden and pavers to organize safety steps etc. Read more

We bought lawn soil, $3500 worth, for a brand new build. We planted lawn seed and millions and millions of mushrooms came up. We had also bought planter box soil, but no mushrooms there. That was July...5 calls and manager, Jenta Madsen, finally called back Aug 2nd and agreed to bring 3rd party in to help as it was clearly soil issue. It’s now Oct and she has not refunded our money as promised, no 3rd party has come and she won’t return calls or emails. Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware Read more
