I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I pulled into the driveway of this establishment given the past reputation of this garage.
What a surprise when I first walked in, the waiting room is large and spacious with comfortable sofas that make you feel at home.
You are greeted with a smile and the service is impeccable they actually take the time to show you and explain what the problem is. I also liked the fact that I was asked how long I planned on keeping my vehicle, which initially I found odd.. but as I was later explained there are varying qualities of parts at different prices and warranties. I've owned a vehicle for several years now and never has anyone taken the time to explain this to me.
Needless to say, they have themselves a new loyal customer and I will be recommending all my friends to go there.
