From the moment I contacted SMG the experience was above all else. The appointments were quick to the point and very informative. Don’t get me wrong, they didn’t rush through the appointments and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked the way the CPAP loaner machine was explained as well as the program. I have been with this clinic for almost 30 years. As doctors have retired, we have been assigned to new doctors within he clinic. Without fail, each of the new doctors have been respectful, diligent, competent, personable. In 30 years, I cannot recall an instance where I would complain about any of the practitioners at King West Medical. I believe they have superior hiring practices that should be modelled by other clinics because you cant be that consistent without doing something consistently. Read more
