Even if you are not into sushi, it is worth a trip to Kakemono! My boyfriend LOVES sushi and although I don't mind it, it is not my favourite meal in the world. However, I love Teriyaki and the Teriyaki dishes on Kakemono's all you can eat menu are wonderful. The prices are reasonable when compared to the price you may for most all-you-can-eat places and the food was great. We will be going back in the near future! Read more

I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time. I know Magweyers Restaurant in the Baywood Plaza in Ajax is superb. The food is so delightfully fresh and flavours that to h your pallet so gracefully. I have tried most of the menu ,and with the food and lovely service, I can only say it’s a solid 5 STAR restaurant. I would love to go on but go and try it for yourself. The family favorite! We go to the Ajax location mostly. Fantastic food. We never order the all-you-can-eat as the lunch 2 roll special is so big, you can hardly get through it, plus it's so reasonable at $6.95. We eat there once a week and order in often. We avoid ordering in any hot food as it always arrives stone cold. You just can't re-warm dumplings. Even the raw fish haters in the family find something delicious on the menu. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service is fast and friendly. The only down side is, my husband always talks in a Japanese accent when we go....and does the same at any ethnic restaurant that we visit. He can't seem to help himself....it's very embarrassing.
