I was recently helped by Jaxon in the furniture area. A bookcase kit was too heavy for me to lift. He was nearby and quickly came to help me. He placed the heavy boxes ( purchased 2) in my cart and said he would arrange for someone to help me load my car. He was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. He made my day.
