My girlfriend and I went up to tobermory ontario a few weeks ago. I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life. Our server was super kind, funny and made lots of jokes to keep us entertained through our meal. The food was fast to arrive, fresh, and tasted delicious the light the entire dish, I highly recommend eating here on any visit to tobermory, and I hope you get the same server as us his name was James :)

Great value good service and good portions.
I often get the pasta package for one, minus the little dessert (way to full for it!!). Its only $15.99 & gets you an entire meal w/ drink too. we always have left overs cuz like most we end up filling up on salad, soup and that yummy warm endless garlic bread! We usually get a side of parm to butter n dip the bread in yum! I often order the pasta with half spicy arabata sauce and half bolognese and add veggies to the dish. Been to multiple locations and they are consistent.

I have been to this location before and have always been somewhat satisfied, decent food/service..but today was completely different.The young man working the dinner hour shift named Alex was absolutely incredible....came around and asked if we were all happy with our food, asked everyone, then came over and started CLEANING tables for customers, putting trays in garbage etc.I have NEVER seen that in a fast food joint(young lady helped too!!) As my milestone birthday is on Christmas Day my husband threw a surprise party for me at Kelsey's on December 22, 2016.
My husband was unable to provide final numbers for the reservation and yet the Manager and staff were phenomenal in accommodating us all on this special night.
I would highly recommend Kelsey's to anyone who may be planning an event. The food never disappoints, the staff are friendly and professional and the service is always amazing.

We are Maids Cottage regulars and have rarely if ever been disappointed. The food is as close to home cooked as you will ever get in any restaurant, in any city, anywhere in the world. We're not talking Haute Cuisine here but Comfort Food. Any of the rare times there has been anything that I didn't like or took to long (they can be very,very busy at times) the staff has been more than accommodating about making it right. The service is fast, friendly and personal. And yes the butter tarts are as good as everyone says.
