Satisfaction goes right after Hachoir. I tried this restaurant on a saturday night and despite the over capacity the service was impeccable and the food excellent. I loved the salmon tartare and the long island tea made me gratefully tipsy.

Le menu dégustation du midi est tellement original, frais, et au menu, des aliments peu utilisés, et succulants.
C'est un succès d'un bout à l'autre. Le décor est aussi superbe, et le service impécable!
