Friendly, punctual and professional.Reasonable hourly rate. We had a leaking sink and very slow moving drain. Aaron went down to the basement first to have a look at the plumbing. He immediately saw the problem that was causing the slow drainage. The plumbing was not done correctly for the first owners. He fixed the leaking sink that day and scheduled the replacement plumbing in the basement a couple of days later when he was free. Food was amazing, had the blackened trout and it was delicious. The prices are reasonable and even more so considering the quality. Staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is suitable to be well dressed, however, we visited on return from a camping trip Tobermory and received not a single awkward look.
