After knowing the great experience in Toronto at Wildfire we are so glad that Oshawa has opened this upscale steakhouse. There is no other place to go for a 1st class meal in Durham and we recently celebrated my fathers 90th in their party room. I had dinner at The Black Dog Pub a few days ago and it was a great experience. When you're craving pub fare, this is the perfect place to go. The food is is outstanding and the menu is fairly priced.
The staff was kind and the service was amazing!
I would recommend The Black Dog Pub to anyone whether you're looking for a family night out, a nice date with your partner or just looking to meet friends, you will keep coming back!

This restaurant is a hidden gem and a very welcome addition to the Markham dining scene! The chicken gyros are especially great -- juicy, yet moist at the same time. I liked it better than the souvlaki, but both are great. Salads are huge and easy to share. Staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, I'm really glad we stumbled upon this place -- will be back again, for sure!

Last week we had to organize a sudden meeting for our project with US clients. Due to lack of time we missed out planning for lunch but thanks to my ‘Opentable’ app Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Chicken Parmigianino, Spring Lamb with red wine that I found Carmelina Restaurant in Woodbine Avenue. Their event catering service for lunch & evening snacks made me & my team proud on my decision. I wonder how I missed looking this food place for last many years. Thank you Abbas for your cooperation & on-time food catering service with delicious Italian food as our guests loved it. Looking forward to visit the place personally and relish all again the Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Chicken Parmigianino, Spring Lamb with red wine.
