The staff is always super friendly, and I’ve had amazing work done by the dentists. I had an after hours emergency because I had been in an accident and my front teeth were broken. Dr Ian and Dr Chris came in after hours to help me. I’m SO grateful! They really care about their patients and definitely go above and beyond for them. Have been do this clinic a number of times since last September. Doctors have been attentive and wait times have significantly improved. Used to visit this clinic once a while between 2010 - 2013 and encountered long wait time. I was there today and prior to seeing the doctor, I explained to the nurse my symptoms and she immediately collected urine sample prior to me meeting wit the doctor, the Doctor quickly confirmed the bladder infection. Helping Paws saved our Boston Terrier's life. He was in emergency medical care at a pet hospital and they discovered an object in his stomach. The operation was going to cost over $5000. We took our Boston out of the hospital and brought him to Helping Paws. They were professional and acted quickly. They were able to operate the same day, got the object out and monitored our Boston in recovery. All this was done at a very reasonable price that we could swallow.
