We brought our old Vienna Regulator that I inherited over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old to Matthias after moving to Kelowna. It had not run since the last time it was “fixed”. Matthias is amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got it running beautifully again and even fixed the chime tone. I hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge, or the world will lose these beautiful timepieces. His waiting list is long but worth the wait. I was in search for a down pillow. I had gone to a high-end big box store, and looked at their prices. The big box store was almost twice as much as ducky downs. The owner even said if the pillow wasn't to my satisfaction I could take it back and she could adjust it for me. They also make custom duvet covers for their beautiful duvet comforters.
