First, store ambience is absolutely top notch! Super comfy chairs if you have to wait. C.E. Relationship started a bit rocky with purchase of re-furbished phone - turned out to be unsatisfactory. Visit2:Had very pleasant chat w Reece, was helpful but unable to fully resolve issue. Visit3: Connected with owner and new phone provided.
