    This is the worst company I have dealt thus far. It is a nightmare. Staff except from concierges are extremely rude. The most severe problem that I did have with them was regarding my lease's renewal. They did not tell me that my lease will be renewed automatically for one more year. I sent them an email 2 months in advance to cancel my lease, but they rejected. They had lots of vacant apartment, and they forced me to pay 4 months penalty if I wanted to cancel my lease.
