Since the acquisition from BELL it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. You are on hold for more than 30min when either the call is disconnected or you get sent to voicemail. No one calls back. Worse than calling the government. Its been more than 2 weeks trying to get a hold of someone to move the service from my current home to my new home. This type of service is driving me to consideration cancellation but I know they will hold me hostage because if the contract BELL put us in. NOT HAPPY
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! We pay for our alarm and it beeps non- stop. We call for service - they don’t return calls. Our alarm goes off and they don’t even call the house 9/10 times. If they do call it’s a small act of God if they ask for our password! Honestly cannot wait for my contract to be up - I’m so disappointed with their lack of customer service! I question why I pay them and what service they provide that I am Paying for?!
