A well managed location with professional and excellent staff. I've rented from this location many times and have never been dissatisfied. I did have a small discrepancy in my bill on one occasion and it was rectified quickly. Otherwise, I've always had a great experience renting here.
Go to surrounding area rent a cars. Avoid this one at all cost. They try to keep your deposit. If you do rent from there. Keep a close eye on your credit card!
While we do require a security deposit of $200 + cost of rental, we do not keep the deposit after the vehicle is returned under any circumstances. When this hold is taken on a credit card, we can release the deposit immediately but when the renter qualifies for a Cash / Debit rental we mail cheques out to the renter after the vehicle is returned within 10 days. Why this customer is alleging we attempted to keep the deposit I don't know, but I'm sure that if we follow up with them we can make things right
