    Place was dirty, ...

    Place was dirty, they had animals with the wrong labels. Some animals were "babies" meanwhile you could tell they are full grown adults. Haven't heard anything good about this business and would not recommend going.

    Please Fix!

    I've been here a few times. The owner seems nice enough, but the store is cluttered and dirty. And they aren't meeting specific needs for certain enclosures. I won't be returning until these matters are resolved.

    Have been going to this store for years and they're great. They always have the pet food and wood shavings varieties we're looking for. And we bought some of our critters from there too. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They order in stuff we want, if they don't have it. I recommend doing all your pet shopping there.

    Terrible customer se

    Terrible customer service. Waste of time. They also don't know how to treat their animals. They had the wrong equipment for the wrong animals. Don't give them your money.

    Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with the customer that wrote this review and I am pretty sure that it was resolved and that the review was written shortly after the visit in haste. The store responded directly to the customers concerns and their issue was resolved. If this was a different customer then I would be happy to hear their concerns and resolve their fears. We have been in business for 17 years and we do not want our customers issues to not be addressed. They are always welcome with their concerns and patronage at Pet Traders.
