    I took my computer in this morning and within several hours they had it up and running again! I live in the area and did not know they were there. It was from Staples and my local banker who told me about Tech RX. Diego and Geoffrey did an amazing job, they are so knowledgeable, thorough and fast! I will definitely go back for any repairs or servicing.

    Paid for a battery change as my phone was not charging well, after said service provided phone is not performing any different. I paid for battery change, however no way to know if it was changed except the charge to my credit card.

    At first I was very happy with the repair which was done on September 4 2017. However on October 17 I noticed two hairline fractures on the screen. I went back and they would not fix it saying the warranty expired after 30 days. You obviously don’t stand behind your product that you sell
