I love this facility the hot tub is nice as well the smaller gym. It is almost always clean and they have friendly staff. I strongly record it to people with children.
Minus 10, I am not impressed left a message with the main facilitator 2 days ago asking a question about a program I was to attend this am, with no response I brought my two kids under 5 to the facility, to be polite I went to the counter to ask why my call was not returned and what the answer was to be turned away At the counter. And 30 sec later I went to get a refund for all programs my kids are enrolled in to find the facilitator had left her office and the front counter lady walked around looking for her and could not find her. I hope this post prompts customer service training for her or a new facilitator someone responsible and customer orientated it would have taken no time to return a call that was placed 2 days prior.
