I started seeing Shelley at Refresh Counselling a few months ago, and it’s made such a difference for me. She has this calm, grounding presence that makes it easy to open up, even about the hard stuff. My son also sees another therapist there, and it’s been amazing to watch him connect and grow in his own way. The whole team has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring — it feels like they truly want to see you thrive. Can’t say enough good things about Shelley and Refresh Counselling
